Position: Marketing & Promotion Staff

Job Responsibilities:
Promote the company's products through online and offline channels.
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and generate sales leads.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Assist in planning marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Creative thinking and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Canva, or similar tools are an advantage).
Prior experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
