We are hiring for Brand Executive — Concierge (Clinic) for our client.

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Customer Experience
Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
Guide pet parents through available services, treatment plans, pricing, and bookings
Coordinate appointments between customers and the clinic team for smooth service delivery
Support walk-in conversions and drive clinic-level engagement targets
Ensure seamless onboarding of current customers into the system
Build trust-based relationships through empathetic and explicit communication

Customer Follow-Up & Feedback
Conduct post-visit follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction




Collect feedback and share insights with relevant teams for service improvement
Flag recurring concerns or service gaps proactively

What We're Looking For
Solid communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Comfortable with basic tools such as Excel and CRM systems
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
