Typical responsibilities include:
Managing inventory loss prevention and reducing shrinkage.
Investigating theft, fraud, missing shipments, and security incidents.
Conducting security audits at fulfillment centers, delivery stations, and logistics hubs.
Monitoring CCTV systems and coordinating with security teams.
Ensuring compliance with security policies and standard operating procedures.
Working with operations, transportation, HR, and law enforcement when required.
Leading a team of Security/Loss Prevention associates or managers.
Analyzing data to identify patterns of loss and implementing preventive measures.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
