Job Responsibilities
Conduct design research and develop concepts for seasonal collections.
Create creatives, sampling tech packs, and coordinate sample development with vendors.
Design graphics, labels, trims, and oversee product sampling.
Prepare production-ready design tech packs for selected styles.
Visit markets to study trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences.
Work on garment fit improvements based on market requirements.

Required Skills
7–8 years of experience with domestic fashion brands.
Experience in men's shirt design.
Solid knowledge of shirt fabrics and garment construction.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Valuable understanding of pattern making and garment construction.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skill
Graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.
