About the Role

Qualys is seeking a highly motivated GTM Process Improvement Senior Analyst to help scale and optimize our go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role will partner across Sales, Marketing, IT BizApps and others to identify tool & process inefficiencies, improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enable more effective revenue generation. The ideal candidate combines analytical problem-solving, systems thinking, and hands-on experience with up-to-date GTM technologies to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze GTM processes to identify root causes of workflow inefficiencies, data quality issues, and operational bottlenecks.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance data hygiene, scalability, and overall business performance.
Optimize lead-to-revenue workflows across global Sales to improve efficiency, productivity, and cross-functional alignment.
Design, implement,



and maintain automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase process effectiveness.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and business outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and support the implementation of current processes, systems, and tools.
Develop reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights for GTM leadership and operational teams.
Support user adoption and enablement of RevOps processes, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Experience
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role.
Experience supporting Demand Generation and lead management processes.
Solid understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, including lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-revenue workflows.
