Role & responsibilities :
Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, purchased parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Maintain proper storage locations and material identification as per company standards.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO practices for inventory management.
Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent stock shortages.

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems.
Track stock movements and update warehouse documentation.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Support internal and external inventory audits.

Dispatch & Logistics
Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
Prepare dispatch documents such as:
Delivery Challans
E-Way Bills
Invoices
Packing Lists
Transport Documents




Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and loading of materials.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers for timely shipments.
Track dispatched goods and ensure proof of delivery is obtained.

Material Handling
Supervise loading and unloading activities.
Ensure secure handling of automotive components and finished goods.
Optimize warehouse space utilization.
Maintain orderly storage to minimize damage and losses.

Compliance & Safety
Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry quality standards.
Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse.
Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper housekeeping and storage practices.

Coordination
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams.
