● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increaserevenue.

● Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

● Engage in regular prospecting and lead-generation activities to build a solid pipeline.

● Understand customer needs and align warehousing solutions to meet those needs effectively.

● Generate and qualify recent leads, build relationships, and close deals for warehousing services.

● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.

● Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery post-sale.

● Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

● Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing trategies.

● Analyze client needs, challenges,



and opportunities to position warehousing services competitively.

● Monitor industry changes and proactively suggest improvements or recent services to clients.

● Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

● Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their warehousing requirements are met efficiently.

● Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
