Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT/BOTT)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Technician to assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff in ensuring smooth and efficient surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of operation theatre protocols, sterilization techniques, and surgical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare the operation theatre before each surgical procedure.
Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
Ensure OT equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use.
Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and secure transfer.
Handle and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment.
Monitor inventory of OT supplies and report shortages.




Dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation related to OT procedures.

Required Skills
Knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
Understanding of sterilization and infection control practices.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT/BOTT).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an OT Technician.
Experience in assisting with general, orthopedic, laparoscopic, or specialty surgeries is preferred.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
