Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production, quality, and packing operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
Monitor manpower utilization and optimize workflow efficiency.
Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate production, quality, and packing records.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure proper packing, material handling, and workplace housekeeping.
Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
