What You'll Do
Call prospective students and respond to inbound enquiries
Understand students' educational goals and career aspirations
Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, colleges and educational services
Explain available counselling and admission support packages
Convert qualified enquiries into successful enrolments
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Follow up with interested leads until closure
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
Achieve individual performance and conversion targets
Deliver a qualified experience throughout the counselling journey
Skills We're Looking For
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Hindi or a regional language is a strong plus
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
A target-driven, self-motivated attitude
A customer-first mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
