About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth, close key deals, and manage client relationships. Based in our Panampilly Nagar office, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead outreach and discovery calls to pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential business leads, conduct outbound outreach, and qualify incoming inquiries.
Lead discovery calls and in-person pitch meetings to present custom service offerings.
Prepare persuasive sales proposals, pitch decks, and commercial agreements.
Maintain a structured CRM sales pipeline and report weekly revenue and conversion targets.
Build and nurture robust,



long-term relationships with recent and existing clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
Fresher/1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency/B2B service background preferred).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Solid relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Panampilly Nagar.
