Position Overview

We are looking for a
Graduate Engineering Trainee – Data
who demonstrates robust analytical thinking, solid engineering fundamentals, and a genuine drive for continuous learning. This role is designed for individuals eager to work with data platforms, reporting, analytics, and enterprise data solutions while building expertise across the data lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings foundational knowledge in databases, programming, data analysis, and problem-solving, along with the interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Mandatory Skills
Demonstrated understanding of
database fundamentals, SQL concepts, and data modelling basics
Basic working knowledge of
data analysis, data cleansing, and data validation techniques
Foundational programming knowledge in
Python, SQL, or any contemporary programming language
Robust
problem-solving and logical thinking
ability, with evidence of structured analytical approach
Understanding of
data lifecycle concepts
including data collection, transformation, storage, reporting,



and governance

Desired Skills
Familiarity with
data visualization or reporting tools
such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms
Exposure to
ETL/ELT concepts
