Location: Bangalore (Occasional travel to Madikeri/Coorg)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support the company's day-to-day human resource activities across recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance & payroll, and employee engagement.

The role is for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, maintains confidentiality, and follows SOPs with discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation to help recent employees settle into the organization.

Employee Documentation
Prepare offer and appointment letters,



and maintain all employment records and HR-related documents accurately and on time.
Maintain employee documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll
Track employee attendance and leave records, maintain related HR data, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Support statutory compliance activities as needed.

Employee Engagement
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, training programmes, and company events.
Coordinate probation reviews, performance reviews (PIP), and exit formalities.

HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain HR trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Support overall HR operations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.

Travel Requirement

Terrain Estates also operates a resort in Madikeri (Coorg). The role will require occasional travel
