Staff Management: Lead shift workers, assign daily tasks, and check worker output.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Production, or metallurgical engineering.
Work Experience: 5 to 7 years working in a steel mill, metal processing, or heavy manufacturing plant.
Key Skills: Knowledge of steel making processes, safety standards, and basic computer tools for tracking work.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
