Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and engineering positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with consultancies and ensure timely candidate closures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience,



preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Experience hiring for technical roles such as CNC Operator, VMC Operator, PLC Programmer, Design Engineer, Assembly Technician, Quality Engineer, etc.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
