Located in the heart of Chennai, Maersk Training Services India Private Limited provides support services across India and abroad for both the Maersk group companies and other external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Purpose and general responsibilities of the position:
Provide administrative support for the end-to-end training booking process.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of training-related activities in accordance with defined processes and service levels.
Support coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless training administration.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal and client systems.
Contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring quality, compliance,



and timely completion of administrative activities.

Key Aspects of Work
Coordinate with internal & regional teams and vendors to support training administration.
Create Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in internal systems.
Upload booking and non-booking certificates to client and internal systems.
Maintain booking trackers and update training records.
Follow up with vendors for certificates and ensure SLA compliance.
Monitor shared mailboxes.
Perform quality checks on bookings, learner details, and documentation.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and reporting.

The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:
Recent graduates/freshers with a robust interest in business operations, coordination, and administrative support.
Basic experience with MS- Excel
Ability to interact with clients
Ability to work with data and filter v
