Responsibilities

Backend Executive
Maintain and update customer records.
Handle documentation and data entry.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and other office tools.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of tasks.
Contact prospective and existing customers.
Explain company services and answer customer queries.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain call records and customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Freshers can apply.




Any Degree / Plus Two / Diploma.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
Good communication skills in Malayalam. English is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
