Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Architectural & Structural Modeler who has completed certification in Revit Architecture, Structure. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience and is eager to further develop their skills through project-based training and real-world exposure.

This role offers high-level project training with extensive real world collaboration exposure an excellent opportunity to accelerate your BIM career.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and structural projects using Revit.
Assist in creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
Update and revise models as per design changes in coordination with mentor
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company protocols, and project specifications.




Participate in coordination meetings and support clash detection processes.

Required Qualifications
Certification in Revit Architecture, Structure, and Landscape.
3–6 months of practical experience in BIM modeling.
Basic understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and documentation standards.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, and Navisworks a plus.

Preferred Skills
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
