Role & responsibilities
Install and commission industrial cleaning machines at customer locations.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints within the committed timeline.
Conduct machine inspections and submit detailed service reports.
Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Spare Parts departments for service requirements.
Identify spare parts required and prepare service quotations when needed.
Maintain service records, AMC schedules, and customer history.
Support warranty claims and machine performance improvements.
Travel to customer sites across India as required.




Maintain skilled relationships with customers and ensure high service standards.

Technical Skills
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot industrial machines.
Understanding of motors, pumps, control panels, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
Basic knowledge of PLC and automation will be an added advantage.
MS Office (Excel, Word).
