Business Development Manager (CDX)

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and acquiring clients across institutions (hospitals, schools, corporates, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Acquire new clients and manage end-to-end deal closure
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Negotiate commercial terms and manage renewals
Track performance and report on business metrics

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Analytical, target-driven, and self-motivated
Willingness to travel

Key Metrics:
Business growth vs targets
Lead generation & conversions
Client acquisition cost

Individual contributor role with high ownership and growth potential.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
