Role & responsibilities
Housekeeping Manager
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage housekeeping, laundry, and linen operations.
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
Conduct inspections and manage inventory.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
810 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory, budgeting, and hotel PMS is preferred.
