Roles & Responsibilities
Track and monitor client investment portfolios and maintain accurate investment records.
Prepare portfolio reports, investment summaries, MIS, and client review material.
Assist in onboarding current investors, completing KYC formalities, and maintaining CRM records.
Coordinate with AMCs, brokers, and other financial institutions for smooth execution of transactions.
Record client transactions, generate invoices,



and maintain operational records.
Conduct basic market and investment research and prepare regular market updates.
Create investor newsletters, presentations, and digital content for client communication.
Support the firm's LinkedIn presence and other branding initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
Support lead generation, client acquisition, referral management, networking initiatives, and business development activities.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across the firm's wealth management solutions while always prioritizing clients' financial goals.
Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to investor queries and maintaining long-term relationships.
Contribute ideas to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
