Job Details:
Day to day job includes working on available positions to fill for our clients.
Resourcing the profiles using various Job Portals like Monster/Dice/CareerBuilder.
Screening the profiles and collecting required information.
Screening the candidates over phone for interview and collecting information for same.
Following up with selected profiles to get them started for current roles.
Working on different jobs like contracts/ permanents/ contract to hires.
