Experience: 14+ years (Product / SaaS engineering required)

Role Summary





The Principal DevOps Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping and scaling contemporary DevOps, platform engineering, and release practices across product teams.
The role is hands‑on and highly influential, focused on automation, reliability, security, developer productivity, and AI‑assisted engineering.

Key Responsibilities
DevOps & Engineering Excellence
Own and evolve DevOps standards, CI/CD practices, and SDLC guardrails
Champion automation‑first, quality‑driven engineering
Act as the DevOps technical authority within squads

CI/CD & Platform Engineering
Design and scale secure, reusable, YAML‑first CI/CD pipelines
Drive adoption of trunk‑based development, Infrastructure as Code, and progressive delivery (Blue/Green, Canary)
Build reusable pipeline frameworks and platform accelerators

Release & Reliability Engineering
Lead release planning, risk assessment, deployment, and rollback strategi
