Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader or Sales Team Leader (mandatory).
Proven experience in achieving individual sales targets and leading a team to consistently achieve team sales targets.
Solid leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversions and overall team efficiency.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
