Medprime Technologies is seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Product Specialist
to support the sales and customer success functions for our creative digital microscopy solutions. The role involves product demonstrations, installations, customer training, technical support, and close collaboration with sales, distributors, and healthcare professionals. This position is based in
Thane
and requires frequent travel across
Maharashtra
, with occasional travel to other states based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales product demonstrations for customers and channel partners.
Support the sales team with technical presentations and product consultations.
Install, configure, and commission medical devices at customer sites.
Deliver product training and ensure successful customer onboarding.
Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and healthcare professionals.




Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the Product and R&D; teams.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify business prospects.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and effective communication.
Travel across Maharashtra and other locations in India as required for demonstrations, installations, training, and customer support.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the Medical Devices/Medical Equipment industry (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience in product demonstrations, installations, and customer training.
Robust communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
