Job Summary

Goodrich Gasket Private Limited is looking for a detail-orientated and reliable data entry operator to accurately enter, maintain, and update company records in ERP systems, Excel, and other databases. The ideal candidate should possess valuable typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update production, purchase, sales, inventory, and other business data into ERP/Excel systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
Maintain physical and digital records in an organised manner.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and HR departments for data collection.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Correct data discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Perform document filing, scanning, and record management.
Assist the reporting manager with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification




Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

Experience
02 years of experience in data entry, administration, or office support.
Freshers with positive computer knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of ERP software is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
