Customer Need Identification: Engage with prospective customers to conduct a needs analysis, identifying their exact requirements and preferences.
Solution-Based Selling: Present and explain product options, specifications, and perks tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
Online Sales & Order Management: Assist customers through the online buying process, provide pricing details, issue quotes, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle inbound inquiries (calls, chat, website leads)



and conduct structured outbound follow-up calls with prospective leads.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, overcome sales objections, and provide accurate product information to guide purchasing decisions.
CRM & Database Management: Accurately record customer interactions, lead statuses, order details, and feedback in CRM software/Excel.
Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with inventory or fulfillment teams to track order dispatch and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
