Job Title: Patient Relationship Officer

We are looking for a calm, compassionate and responsible Patient Relationship Officer to support patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Speak with patients and leads, understand their medical needs and guide them appropriately.
Explain treatment options, hospital processes, estimated costs and next steps in a easy and transparent manner.
Coordinate appointments, consultations, reports and hospital visits.
Accompany patients to hospitals when required and support them during admission, consultation or treatment.
Maintain regular follow-up with patients and their families.
Handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Ability to understand and explain basic medical information.
Calm, composed and patient-focused approach.
Willingness to travel locally and visit hospitals when needed.
Healthcare, hospital coordination or patient counselling experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
