Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Learning and Development:
Design and deliver training sessions on hospitality, conflict management, storytelling, and customer service.
Identify skill gaps through observation and feedback from team leads
Create & facilitate training content
Track training effectiveness and share regular progress reports with the reporting manager
Recruitment Support:
Assist in screening, shortlisting, and hiring candidates by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting the overall hiring process.
