Faculty Job Description
Teach NEET/JEE students in your subject
Prepare and deliver classroom lectures according to the syllabus.
Create lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice tests.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance.
Evaluate student performance through tests and provide feedback.
Track student progress and mentor students to improve their results.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active learning.
Participate in parent meetings, faculty meetings, and academic planning.
Stay updated with NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus changes.
Collaborate with other faculty members to improve academic outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree (or Bachelor's, depending on the subject and institute).
Robust subject knowledge in the relevant discipline.
Previous teaching experience for NEET/JEE coaching is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students
Minimum 3 year experience
