Job Description for QC Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our team. The QC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they are released to the market. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to identify any potential issues in the production process. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality control methodologies and a passion for maintaining high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve product quality
Analyze inspection data and prepare reports on quality issues and trends
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Assist in training staff on quality control processes and best practices




Perform audits of the quality management system and recommend improvements

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as chemistry, biology, or engineering
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role
Solid knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, ISO standards)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using quality management software and statistical analysis tools
