Executive Assistant to Director— Multi‑Venture Role

Location: Begum bazar, Hyderabad.

Role summary

You will work directly with the Director across multiple ventures, managing day‑to‑day operations, external stakeholder engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact role for a proactive qualified who can liaise with government departments, coordinate with vendor and office teams, and keep multiple projects moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Diary and travel management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel and logistics.
Government liaison: Prepare and submit documents, follow up with municipal and state government departments, and manage permits, registrations, and compliance interactions.
Office coordination: Liaise with office staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations across ventures.
Communication: Draft and proofread correspondence, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.




Project support: Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and maintain project trackers across businesses.
Confidentiality & reporting: Handle sensitive information with discretion; prepare weekly status reports and ad‑hoc summaries for the Director.
Event & meeting support: Organize vendor meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups.

Required qualifications & experience
Minimum 3–5 years as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Proven experience interacting with government departments (local/state/central) and handling official filings, permits, or approvals.
Robust track record of liaising with office teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in Telugu and Hindi required.
