Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day CC road construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor excavation, subgrade preparation, GSB/WMM, DLC (if applicable), and concrete pavement works.
Ensure proper installation of formwork, dowel bars, tie bars, and expansion/contraction joints before concreting.
Supervise concrete placing, compaction, finishing, texturing, joint cutting, and curing activities.
Coordinate daily activities with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
Ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and tools required for daily work.
Monitor work progress and report daily achievements to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and approved procedures.




Assist in field measurements, level checking, and alignment verification during construction.
Maintain daily site records, attendance, material usage, and work progress reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions at the construction site.
Identify site issues and promptly report technical or operational problems to the Site Engineer.
Verify that construction activities comply with project schedules and quality requirements.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team for field inspections and testing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
