We are looking for a Accounts Consultant to join our growing Zoho Department. The ideal candidate should have a robust commerce and accounting background and be capable of understanding business processes, gathering client requirements, and supporting Zoho implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client business processes and functional requirements.
Configure and support Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, and other Zoho products.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional documentation.
Coordinate with the technical team for customization and implementation.
Provide user training and post-implementation support.
Assist clients in improving operational workflows using Zoho solutions.
Handle accounting,



finance, inventory, and business process-related functional discussions.

Required Qualifications
M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory
Robust academic background in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Positive understanding of business operations, accounting principles, GST, invoicing, inventory, and financial workflows.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to analyze requirements and provide functional solutions.
