Job Description
A land surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping land, both above and below ground, to determine boundaries, locations, and topographical features. The role of a land surveyor can vary depending on the type of project, but typically includes the following duties
Conduct research to obtain information about the boundaries, location, and topography of a piece of land. Use surveying instruments, such as total stations, levels, and GPS receivers, to measure and record distances, angles, elevations, and coordinates.
Create detailed maps, charts, and plans based on survey data, using computer-aided drafting software (CAD)
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations, and make any necessary adjustments.
Prepare reports and legal descriptions of survey results for use by property owners, government agencies,
and other interested parties.
Consult with architects, engineers, and other professionals to provide survey data needed for design and construction projects.
Manage and supervise survey crew members, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years
A bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field is typically required, as well as state licensure.
Gulf experience mandatory
Willing to relocate to Ireland
Pay: ₹58,669.22 - ₹87,064.63 per month
