Location: Padivattom, Edappally

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking/BPO/Customer support. (Consider Fresher with Positive Comm Skills in Hindi & English)

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
1 year of experience in Banking, BPO, or Customer Support OR Fresher with Positive Comm Skills in Hindi & English
Freshers with excellent Hindi & English communication skills can also apply.
Fluent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle customer support systems

Responsibilities




Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Provide customer support in Hindi and English
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company processes and maintain professionalism in all communications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
