Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws such as Factories Act, Labour Welfare Fund, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act etc.
Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and compensation & advantages.
End-to-end recruitment for plant and factory positions.
Attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and HR operations.
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations.
Employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and compliance reports.
Conduct employee engagement and performance management activities.
