Job Overview:

iProgrammer is looking for a energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified sales opportunities across North America and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international business development within an IT Services company, with a passion for opening new accounts, engaging decision-makers, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified sales prospects through outbound prospecting.
Identify and engage decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
Research target accounts and execute personalized outbound campaigns.
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to develop recent business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
Consistently achieve monthly meeting and pipeline generation targets.

Required Experience




4 - 5 years of experience in International Business Development or B2B Lead Generation within an IT Services company.
Proven experience targeting customers in North America. Exposure to the Middle East will be an added advantage.
Solid expertise in outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
Experience promoting IT Services, Digital Engineering, AI, Enterprise Applications, ERP (Odoo), or Technology Consulting services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Preferred Skills
Strong cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling skills.
Ability to engage with business and technology decision-makers.
Excellent research, communication, and follow-up skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM and modern sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
