About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and creative Videographer, Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our marketing/content team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of hands-on experience who can independently shoot, edit, and design visual content across formats. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and graphics that strengthen our brand's visual identity across social media, digital, and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and shoot high-quality video content product shoots, brand films, reels, testimonials, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both indoor and outdoor shoots
Edit raw footage into polished videos with appropriate pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
Create short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos) optimized for different social media platforms




Design graphics for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, packaging, and digital ads
Maintain and ensure consistency of brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage) across all visual content
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
Organize and maintain a structured archive of raw footage, project files, and final deliverables
Stay updated on the latest video, design, and social media trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
3 years of hands-on experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
Proficiency in graphic design to
