Role Description

This is a full time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Service and Sales Representative. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining and selling them products and services, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will also be required to upsell and cross sell customers - existing, repeat and new customers You will also be responsible for order verification, abandoned carts conversion, RTO monitoring and cancellation reduction. You will also be closing bulk purchase deals for skincare and tea for corporate gifting. They will also handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.



The role is located in Recent Delhi.

Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills and able to converse in English and Hindi.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to persuade and influence customers
Excellent phone sales skills - should be able to cross sell up sell and hit sales targets effectively.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in using CRM software
Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred
Ability to convince customers and handle objections
Ability to record data and do basic Excel analysis

Job Requirements
Candidate will be required to make outbound calls cutting across order verification of COD orders, cancellation enquiries and converting abandoned shopping carts into sales
Candidate will also be responsible for reducing the RTO and cancellat
