Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant – Billing to manage billing operations and day-to-day accounting activities for our clothing showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail billing, inventory-related accounting, GST invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Generate retail and wholesale invoices accurately using the billing software/POS system.
Handle daily billing transactions, cash, UPI, card, and other payment reconciliations.
Maintain sales registers, billing records, and customer invoices.
Prepare GST-compliant tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Reconcile daily sales with cash collections and bank deposits.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing, discounts, returns, and exchange transactions.
Maintain purchase and sales records and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Record accounting entries in Tally Prime or other accounting software.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and billing reports.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

Required Skills
Experience in retail billing, preferably in a clothing or fashion showroom.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, POS/Billing Software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Valuable understanding of GST invoicing and accounting principles.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

Qualifications
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
0 –3 years of experience in retail accounting and billing.
Knowledge about billing handling.

Pay: ₹10,079.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
