Why This Role Exists

At Neulife, our biggest operational challenge is ensuring the right product is available at the right place, at the right time — without locking excess capital in inventory.

This role exists to build a high-precision supply chain engine that connects:
Demand (D2C, Amazon, Offline)
Production (multiple contract manufacturers)
Inventory (across warehouses)

This is a strategic + execution hybrid role. You will act as the central control tower of the business.

What You Will Own
Demand → Supply Translation




Convert sales data into accurate SKU-level forecasts
Plan inventory requirements across all channels
Production Planning
Build rolling production plans (4–8 weeks)
Coordinate with multiple factories
Ensure RM/PM readiness before production
Inventory Control
Maintain optimal stock levels (RM, PM, FG)
Prevent stockouts and overstocking
Track expiry and slow-moving inventory
Procurement Alignment
Drive procurement based on production plans
Ensure vendors meet timelines and quality standards
Multi-Warehouse Management
Allocate stock across warehouses and channels
Plan transfers and replenishment
Data & Visibility
Build dashboards for:
Stock levels
Days of inventory (DOH)
Stock-out risks
Create a single source of truth
