Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented API Desk Support Executive to provide operational support for API-related services. The role involves handling API support requests, monitoring transactions, coordinating with internal technical and business teams, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This is a technical support and operations role, ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in technology and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for API-related queries and operational issues.
Monitor API requests and transactions to ensure smooth processing.
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and business teams for issue resolution.
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams and follow up until closure.
Support API onboarding, testing, and implementation activities.
Maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.
Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.
Adhere to operational processes,



compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BCA, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent).
Freshers are preferred.
Maximum 1 year of experience in Technical Support, API Support, IT Operations, Banking Operations, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of APIs, web services, or digital platforms will be an added advantage.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
