Job Summary

We are looking for a Powertrain CAE Engineer – PT Durability with 2–4 years of experience in durability analysis of powertrain components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HyperMesh (HM), ANSA, ABAQUS, FEMFAT, and nCode for finite element modeling, durability, and fatigue analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Develop FE models using HyperMesh (HM) or ANSA.
Perform structural, durability, and fatigue analysis using ABAQUS, FEMFAT, and nCode.
Analyze powertrain components such as engine, transmission, gearbox, and mounts.
Correlate CAE results with test data and recommend design improvements.
Collaborate with design, testing, and product development teams.
Prepare technical reports and present simulation results.

Required Skills




2–4 years of experience in Powertrain CAE/Durability.
Strong hands-on experience with HyperMesh (HM), ANSA, ABAQUS, FEMFAT, and nCode.
Valuable knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural mechanics, and fatigue analysis.
Experience in mesh generation, model setup, and result interpretation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in automotive powertrain durability.
Knowledge of NVH, static/energetic structural analysis, and material properties.
Familiarity with Python or TCL scripting is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
