Job Summary

Autostarke Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial record maintenance, GST compliance, and invoice processing. Robust analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Process purchase and sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
Assist in TDS calculations, filing, and related documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.




Ensure timely completion of financial transactions and documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automobile or retail industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
