Job Summary

Lumbee International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Create and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Remarketing Campaigns.
Monitor campaign budgets and maximize advertising ROI.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel,



Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Track conversions and prepare campaign performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative and web development teams for landing page optimization.
Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads features, trends, and policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
