Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain a cross-platform endpoint agent.
Develop high-performance systems software for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Write safe, efficient, and maintainable Rust code.
Build scalable asynchronous services using Rust async programming.
Optimize memory usage, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with security, backend, and platform engineering teams.
Troubleshoot complex OS-level issues across multiple platforms.

Required Skills
5+ years of qualified systems programming experience.
Robust proficiency in Rust, or significant experience with C++ or Go and willingness to switch to Rust.
Solid understanding of operating systems and low-level programming.
Experience with asynchronous programming.
Hands-on experience with at least one of:
macOS Endpoint Security Framework (ESF)
Linux fanotify
Windows Minifilter Drivers




Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with LMDB or other embedded storage engines.
Experience using gRPC.
Knowledge of endpoint security or system monitoring solutions.
Experience building cross-platform applications.
Familiarity with memory optimization and resource-constrained environments.Role & responsibilities
