Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily administrative and housekeeping activities of our office. The ideal candidate should ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace while assisting employees with routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings and clean them afterward.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document distribution.
Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and office materials within or outside the office when required.
Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other essentials as instructed.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, drinking water, and stationery.
Support the administration team with day-to-day office operations.
Assist with loading,



unloading, and arranging office materials or equipment.
Ensure office furniture, appliances, and common areas are maintained in positive condition and report any issues to the Admin team.
Perform any other office support duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
0–2 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or in a similar support role.
Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Basic reading and writing skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.
