Job Summary:

The Human Resource Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the effective and effective management of the organization’s financial, human resources, and administrative operations. This position demands a strategic and hands-on approach to managing multiple functions, aligning them with the organization's goals, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and budget management.
Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
Lead and manage general administrative operations to ensure effective internal processes and compliance.
Lead HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.




Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure the organization has the right talent at all levels.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee benefits programs, and compensation strategies.
Manage employee relations, resolving any issues or conflicts while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Ensure performance management systems are in place, promoting career development and employee growth.
Administer training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and improve organizational performance.

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience 02+ years in financial management, HR, and administrative leadership.
Robust knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
